The wellness center (including the spa and gym), was rebranded as the Cloud 9 Spa. The ship has 13 passenger decks (8 with cabins) — 22 lounges and bars, 4 swimming pools (one with a retractable glass roof), 7 outdoor Jacuzzis (large whirlpool tubs), and 18 elevators. Carnival Valor (2004-built, last refurbished in May-June 2025, Fun Ship 2.0 refurbishment in 2016) is the third of five Conquest-class Carnival cruise ships, alongside Conquest, Freedom, Glory, and Liberty.
